He ran the POWRi midget show at I-55 Pevely, MO during the WoO Ironman 55 last year. They went out and ran Jefferson and Beloit but skipped Belleville for Pevely.

Get there early and camp in the lower parking lot along the tree line and creek. It's a shorter walk to the stands if you buy a pit pass and enter through there. It's only $5...
