Do you recognise this car ??

A guy is trying to sell this car but he doesnt know anything about it

Does anyone remember having seen the car at all ??

Yes, picture quality is bad, but, it does look like a midget, not real old, could be a TQ, but don't think so. I don't recall having seen it, where is it located? As they say on TV, "what do you want to do with it, sell it, pawn it, or trade it"? Bob!:)
