usac "new winners"

just in the last few weeks i know of three new usac feature winners windom.buckwalter and now clarke tonight. Who is your pick for the next first time winner? Will we see it in sprint week? Im going to say justin grant or blake fitzpatrick. If fitz can run the wall at the burg like he did a few weeks ago he may get his first this friday!

i say fitzy or give me a bit of a darkhorse but not totallly in Ricky Williams, from what I've heard he's been pretty strong this year... though id love to see Chase Briscoe score one.

Those are both good picks, IMO. I would also add:

Sprints: Andrew Elson

I've seen him race and hold his own quite a few times, with some of racing's heavy hitters. And do so without driving over his head. Plus, like Brady Short a few years ago, you can just see him progressing, week to week.

Midgets: Caleb Armstrong

The Hut Hundred showed that this guy has the talent and has some fight in him. Plus, he has a team that knows how to break through and win at this level.

I thought he could have possibly, Chuck. I don't follow the pavement stuff near as closely as I do dirt, so my recollection isn't as good. I couldn't remember if that was Caleb or Dakoda that had won at Columbus.
