Everything okay over there? I see there’s an auction for his excavating company. Then when I looked morehe’s being sued by quite a few people. I hope this doesn’t mean the tracks in jeopardy….

They already have a schedule out for next year. Both Spiker and the quarry have equipment im sure they sell and buy as needed.

From the post I read it said complete sell out of joe spiker excavating.

Got sued in July for shirts he had made for the racetrack. If everything is "OK" I would think a $2,400 t-shirt bill would have been paid before getting to the point of legal action. :44:
