Despite the historic depiction in the picture. Why do rules stop innovation. Motors that would last a whole season such as the four cam fords? The failures we see today are often valve train related due to incredible beating they would not be subject took with tech like this. BTW it's 1960s tech, not new but incredibly reliable.

These two are obviously teammates here but the roll cages are different, are they different builds or years or what? I was about 4 years old at this time.

Possible, Bob always used those bends in the corners of the cage, but anyone could I guess.
