The plot thickens. Johnathan Baker of Baker Auctioneer and Real Estate was the winning bidder. But it turns out, he is friends with Reno Fontana and was listed as a creditor on Reno’s bankruptcy filings. I think the saga will continue at Chandler...

They always had a good crowd in the stands when we raced there. BUT Typical race track scenario build it out of town>> then someone builds a subdivision across the street>> then your new neighbors complain about the noise and traffic and the government shuts you down. So Just Build another subdivision and all is well.:);) and you are a lot richer.
