Goodnight Racing 2019 Plans
 

We would like to take some time and thank Dave Darland for being apart of our 2018 season. After alot of thought and discussion, Goodnight Racing along with Scott Benic have decided to go a different direction for the 2019 season. We had alot of success this past season with Dave and can't thank him enough for all the things he did for our raceteam. It was a difficult decision but we felt it was best for both sides. We wish Dave the best for the 2019 season! Goodnight Racing with Benic will continue to field a silver crown and sprint car team for next season for driver Matt Goodnight. There are many people involved making this past season a success and we want to say thank you! Be sure to look for more exciting news in the upcoming weeks. We look forward to seeing everyone at the track in 2019!

I never like to hear DD out of a ride. However.

I have to thank Goodnight and Benic this year and the end of last for fielding a car for DD. It's a huge expense anymore to do the USAC tour and some local racing too boot. Not the first time Dave's been with Goodnight and both times were successful. This year you were in that fourth place battle right up till the final couple weekends. A few USAC wins which is hard for many teams to get in a career and lots of up front running. :)

Thanks for keeping a car and cars out there racing. Look foward to 2019.
