Star-studded Texas-sized field expected at Cowtown Speedway




KENNEDALE, Texas — Cowtown Speedway promoter Jeff Martinez expects a Texas-sized entry list with a star-studded cast of drivers for the Midget Stampede when the POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget Series visits the quarter-mile track on March 16-17.

Bryan Clauson, Brad Loyet, Brad Kuhn, Jerry Coons Jr. and Brady Bacon have committed to the event, which has a purse exceeding $40,000.

I think Clauson won at Cowtown before. I'll pick him. And if I'm mistaken and he didn't, I'll pick him anyway.

Yes, I believe he won the last one a few years ago.

Bryan will not be at Cowtown next weekend. He will be participating in a road course driving school for four days. However Bryan Clauson Racing Inc. will be there with Levi Roberts in the CTR / BCI / Mike Curb / Agajanian Mobil 1 Spike Esslinger #39. We are excited to get the season started !!

Tim, I'm glad to hear that Bryan is taking road course training. Seems to me that bodes well for the future. Best of luck to him at the training and best of luck to BCR Inc. at Cowtown.
