Likely Mayberry n.c. I think Gomer and Goober are turning wrenches. Happy New year 🎉

Offenhauser is still in business. They sell racing parts every day.

The engine business was sold off to Meyer-Drake in 1946 so it's not really the same company; Meyer was bought out by Dale Drake in 1965 and the company was eventually purchased by Van Dyne. Gaslight Auto parts in Urbana Ohio has a site (meyerdrake.com) that states they have purchased all of the M-D castings and patterns.

That Offenhauser business was started by a nephew of Fred Offenhauser and had nothing to do with the original Miller/Offenhauser/Meyer-Drake racing company. Fred "C." Offenhauser started the company that you posted using the same last name pretty much to tick off his uncle who was Fred "H." Offenhauser. For whatever reason they pretty much hated each other and reportedly went for decades without speaking.
