Quick update. Dad had a 3 wire pacemaker installed On Wednesday and he is progressing slowly but they released him from the hospital today. With therapy coming soon he decided to check into a care center rather than going home, easier to get the therapy in house instead of driving or having to be taken in. Two heart attacks and bypass surgery all within six months is a lot to handle but hopefully better days are ahead. Thanks to all of you for the comments and responses! :6:

Thanks for the update Tim. Continued thoughts for your Dad and a full recovery. I know several who've had the jump start pacemakers and they lead normal lives. Im hoping this becomes the case. My second uncle on dads side had his first heart attack at 26yrs old. he's had a total of 12 bypasses, 3 pacemakers and 7 stents and still kicking at 83
