SE - Illinois tracks

Hello,
Anyone hear anything about
Sumner (RED HILL) or Clay County(Rt.45).
Hate to see any tracks like those, sitting idle and going to waste.

I live by Red Hill nothing is happening there except they mow it once a month in the summer.
