4 in a row for Larson!

Re: 4 in a row for Larson!
Less than 20 midgets, with the price of tickets and how high everything else cost over there I"m kinda glad I didn'T go. Don"t get me wrong , theres lot of really good cars BUT I figured there would be a lot more. Sure hope next year we get DuQuion back. :D

they split the field in half 1 night other half next night, around 40 of the top midgets 85 late models 50 modifieds. With the purse they’re paying and the cost to rent the stadium they’re really not that pricy. You’re not going to get this kind of field of cars anywhere else.

Re: 4 in a row for Larson!
Place looks empty compared to last couple years.
Why did Boyles slap the track worker that was just trying to help after the flip? |

I too wish they'd bring Du Quoin back. DQ was a great entertainment value. Downtown St. Louis, not so much. We could attend the Knepper 55 for less than 1/2 of what it costs to do the dome thing without the twisted up, jacked up SDLM's and modified's.

This article says McIntosh was runner up.However, the thread before shows a tweet that Windom was second.Anyone know who actually was second?

McIntosh ran 2nd on his preliminary night.
Windon ran 2nd in the finale last night. |
Sure prices were high for most stuff ,but hey racing was great, the late model feature was a awesome, top two swapping sliders on that small of track, midgets race was full of sliders, and hard racing through out the field, modified feature was won on a last lap pass, so was it a expensive night at the races ,Yes but kudos for promotion team for putting on a race in December, merry Christmas to all
