Trivia time - it's too quiet around here. Last night's program at Williams Grove was rained out and not rescheduled. This is not the first time for USAC to have this happen at the Grove. What year did it happen last and what division did it involve? For the first correct answer I have a program from that never run race to send to you.

We have a winnah! The USAC Silver Crown division was scheduled to run at Williams Grove on July 5th, 1982 but was rained out and not rescheduled. They had run there in '80 with Sheldon Kinser the winner, and in '81 when Eddie Leavitt took the win. Rocketracing, PM me you're address and I'll send out the program from that July 5th, 1982 race to you. Congrats!:thumb

Rahmer was there the first night but timed bad and loaded up. Pauch Jr. was there as well. Two other cars were there but had problems.

Clayton got one lap in and hit the wall. Looks as though something broke in the front end and he went straight into the wall. He is OK.
