PARAGON for sale?

Seen this on the tracks Facebook page?

See some folks there calling it fake news.

Any word on this being true or not?

According to the post the track can be yours for $2,000,000

I like my racing, but that is about $1,999,999 more than you could get me to pay for a track. :)
