I remember that rumor. This seems to have more too it. This guy Reno Fontana appears to be the Owner.

Read his Facebook page. He Appears to be the now owner. Red one reply about being a NASCAR Sanctioned or UMP Sanctioned oval. Something about officials visiting the track in 2019.

Pro Biz Entrepeneur. Formed Approx 30 LLC's since 1975. Now Founder and President of the Movieland Co.

Re: Chandler? Multi-Million in upgrades, Adding Paved oval,

I can add some info on this. The promoter for the last 2 years is out. Reno Fontana has come in and made some big promises and plans. The sale of the track is just that PENDING. He claims to have a contract to purchase the property but it has been delayed several times. He has also outlined his financing of the sale which includes selling stock in the track to potential investors and other methods. All of this seems shady at best.

Most of the staff at the track will not be back to work for him if the deal does go through. He has put out a 5 year plan for a $50 million investment in the dirt track, drag strip , and surrounding property. A $50 million investment in Eldora would be tough to pull off so I have no clue how anyone could pull this off at Chandler unless they hit the Powerball.

Is this like the time Reno had investors in that elvis home in California and got in a ton of **** and lost the house and a bunch of investors money
