Nope....has a very early to mid 80s look

Can u still race these?

Depends on where you live. Indiana appears to be nearly the last area with a big schedule. In Indiana you can run about 30 plus times a year.

You see several older cars so I would say yes

Some of the older chassis are the best, as long as it's fairly lightweight. I'll pass the pic on to a longtime tq racer friend see if he recognizes it. Coil over rear is kinda rare except for pavement. Where's the car from do you know?
