Re: Saturday Canyon UPDATES ?

BC apparently had them right where he wanted them again tonight. 9th to victory two nights in a row. Last night it took him more than 25 laps, tonight he went from 9th to 5th the first lap and in the lead by lap 10. Jeff Bloom Jr. came on like gangbusters after the last yellow. I had him 6th on lap 26 and he came home second driving around everyone but BC on the high side. Excellent racing. The third heat was just a killer, with Damian first from 4th, Dalton Gabbard holding on to 2nd from 2nd, Hunter 3rd from 8th, Bobby East 4th from 6th, BC 5th from 6th, Rip Williams 6th from 3rd. Damian sort of checked out, but the fight from 2-6 was excellent. The second heat with Matt Mitchell, Mike Spencer, Danny Sheridan, Levi and Stanbrough wasn't exactly dull either. You can't complain when you can race high/low the last 4 laps of the feature. I hope they come back, although they need a bigger purse.
