What are everybody's guesses on the car count... 20, 30, 40? I see that Bloomington isn't racing this week, but Gas City still is... so will probably pull a few cars away.

I would think 30 would be a good guesstimate.

While I Would love a 40 car field. I don't know that it will happen, I've only attended five THAT USAC shows and one MSCS/Kiss and they've all be in the 25-35 range. Seems its a track many want to race on, And a track MANY STAY AWAY FROM.

I've seen small budget teams do well as well as big teams. Its just mostly ruts and guts. The guys that are good didn't get that way by accident. You'll see guys hit the gas 50 yards earlier in turn two and drive it in 75 yards further in 3 than others. I've seen cars come from 16th to win. Just a sheer testament to ability and bravivity! I've seen cushion not get half way and one car run above it the whole race and i've seen cushion go to the wall and cars racing in the turns 70ft apart but side by side.

Clayton already said he'll be there! Top ten or so in USAC all capable, Would love to see Cummins, Briscoe and others.

All that Show up will be there as Mr. Funk says.

C-You there! Sure to be a Instant Classic!

Not going to make PVille. Coming home and attending AMS at Florence on Sat. and also get aquainted with some LM's who may be at Burg for Downey Memorial night at Burg.
