So he completed rehab treatment?

He didn't everything required to be reinstated by WoO. Which is good enough for everyone.

Ballou went from 7th to 2nd in heat race and 11th to 8th in BOSS wing feature at Montpelier.

Talked to Ballou last night. I'm not sure if it's been stated on here yet so sorry if this is repeated. His suspension not only covers usac races but extends to any race at Kokomo, Eldora or the Burg. He's limited on what he can run the rest of the year.
