NEVER use the "R" word on race day....ever!

Only a 40% they just dropped the percentage as of 10am. Time will tell

Im no statistician...but this looks like more than a 40% chance to me...

I just posted what nws service posted. Radar show it kinda falling apart at it moves to Kokomo. Same thing it did last night at Farmer City for Summer Nationals

They just dropped to a 30% today and 40% tonight. Still a go as of this post

Radar not looking too good

Unfortunatly from the look of the radar Kokomo is going to receive an inch and a quarter of 30%.

Kokomo just sent out an update, minimal rain has fallen and as of 2pm they are racing tonight. We rolled the dice and are headed there now to claim our seats.

But the evil radar "greens and yellows" fast approaching the west edge of Kokomo now, keep us updated. We wanna race.

Steady rain here at the track for last half hour or so

The Kokomo Speedway where I am has received only light drizzle for the last half an hour. The grass is hardly wet and the ground is not wet.

Radar shows rain is about to pass through kokomo and nothing behind it

I seen storms forming behind it on my radar but hopefully the racing gods part the stormy seas and keep kokomo clear and let ISW roll on!!

Just marked off seats, very light rain right now. Looking better.

Iowa Minnesota is closest thing on radar clear out west. Kokomo will move the show along

I left about 2:40 and lots of seats were available, more than usual for this time. Most importantly the sun just popped out.

:916: Yeh, and there probably isn't a whole lot of places to park, either. Darn it, that 's what happens when you live 150 miles away, and you try to outguess Mother Nature on the weather. Guess I will go to Terre Haute, and hope for better weather.

I once sat about 3 rows from the bottom and enjoyed the show. I'm sure you'll find a place to sit. I wish I were there.

I've been to Kokomo and really enjoy the place but three rows from bottom. Edited. Maybe a few seats just past flag stand,,, Going into one wouldn't be bad but you can't see 4 well. No not for me
