what is a website where i can type in a drivers name and see how many wins he has this year? or where i can type in the track and see who has won there this year?

No I just used it to look up all USAC events at South Boston over the last 30 years.

He did just mention on FB that he was rebuilding the drivers first names. That may be causing you an issue.
