Non Indiana Tracks
What tracks outside of our Hoosier State are you planning on visiting this season? I'm aiming for Port Royal & Lincoln during PA Speedweeks, Farmer City Raceway in Illinois, Tazwell & Volunteer in Tennessee and hopefully a few including Cedar Ridge and Florance in Kentucky. :32:

Re: Non Indiana Tracks
A group of people (really old now) own BelleClair Fairgrounds Inc. I think they believe they are sitting on a gold mine there, so you will not get a good deal on it. Rumors are that people have wanted to buy the place, but the group turns down their offers.
To answer the original question: Lake Ozark, Angell Park and Winchester plus whatever else that might fit into my schedule |
Re: Non Indiana Tracks
Davenport Speedway (IA)
Eldora Speedway (OH) if they race Farmer City Raceway (IL) Fairbury American Legion Speedway (IL) Florence Speedway (KY) Hartford Speedway (MI) Kankakee County Speedway (IL) LaSalle Speedway (IL) Spoon River Speedway (IL) Wilmot Raceway (WI) Possibly others as well. |

Re: Non Indiana Tracks
My plans are for Path Valley, Lincoln, Williams Grove, Jennerstown, Susky, Dominion, Summit Point, Port Royal and Delaware International, but I'm an east coaster so these are all my local tracks. Now if this covid crap lets up I'm hoping I can get to Kokomo, LPS, Paragon and maybe Bloomington for midget or sprint week.

Re: Non Indiana Tracks

Re: Non Indiana Tracks
It looks like BelleClair is having a problem paying property taxes.

Well my buddy Oppweld almost had me convinced that I should take in the April swing in PA. But after the announcement of the big deal in South Dakota, as of now that’s the only new track I’m planning on. Hopefully we get a bunch of us to make the trip provided it doesn’t interfere with a $1500 to win race

Eldora and Duquoin.

Re: Non Indiana Tracks
Angell Park Speedway on 9/5 for USAC Midgets in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. Maybe the 4-Crown show at Eldora too.
|
Fairbury, IL. has been in my list for a few years. Would also like to see some BOSS racing at Waynesfield or Atomic. Maybe Fremont.
|
I actually have to go the other way. I've lived in PA, NY, and OH. I'm planning to come over to Indiana for the USAC shows at Bloomington, Haubstadt, and Paragon. And back again for Circle City for the late model show. I'm currently at 79 different race tracks over 22 states. I'm hoping to hit 100 this year.
