Flo Path Valley Stream

This was by far their worst night, in terms of quality of the stream.

I really hate to say bad things but this was terrible resolution. dropped feed etc.
Been bad several nights on the resolution. Also kinda like they're going thru the motions, gone are the off track interviews etc. Know it's not easy being on the road and I think the third or fourth week in a row. But please invest in some better equipment. Get Georgia a working mic

Seriously, it's making it look bad for the sport rather than help.

It was still better than anything on CNN or FOX. Flow is new to this and up until tonight has been great for me, no issues.
I'm sure this wasn't by design tonight. Racers after a bad night go back to the shop and work. I'm sure they will as well.

There was no cell phone service at the track. So it was probably a problem with satelite availability. 15 minutes from the track I got my cell phone service back.

bring " time to drop the hammer " back.

Satellite beams rely on satellites in space, not cell towers. That's why satellite TV and radio work all across the US, all you need is a view to the sky in the right direction.

Jerry totally agree. Resolution was terrible. For a dozen laps or more the only camera shot was the stationary camera mounted to the fence facing turn 4 and no audio! I know it wasn't my internet because I have a fast speed and no issues like that before. Been mostly satisfied with performance this year for the price, but if they want to maintain customers and grow, they are going to have to step up their game. If they try to increase prices for next year without improving, they are going to lose a lot of customers.

I miss Speedshift too! Just not the same quality.

At first I thought my vision was going bad.

I have had some sort of issue with about half of the races. Have never had any of these issues with SpeedShift TV.

I don't have any idea what they use for back haul, but if they don't have reliable speed with proper buffer controls, customer quality will be compromised.

Just signed up for ISW, and had no issues with FLO until last night. I agree that the stream from the track was being throttled back. It wouldn't surprise me that a reliable high speed backhaul might be wishful thinking seeing where the track is located.

This was the first I've had any problems with the video feed quality. Up and down audio from time to time, but video has been fine. Even staying up till 5 am, watching the first Bloomington Sprint race in Denmark, from the 20th floor, using the hotel wi-fi. I was thankful that night for my Roku box and TVs that have HDMI inputs.

Crystal clear tonight. Even while watching on my phone from the Paragon grandstand. Midget heats rolled perfectly at the same time the support class heats here

rockstar5 8/2/19 10:43 PM

It's a trade off for the price now. I was spending upwards of $200 a month to watch usac with speedshift. They had a better stream consistently. Now for $150 a year I get 100 races or more and mostly the feed is good. Maybe usac could divert some of that Toyota money to help flo a little.

Watching last night, and Facebooking in the lulls Speedshift broke in with a Facebook live preview from Gas City.

OMG the resolution on speedshift is 10X better. IT really shows when you got 4k and 8k tv's anything less than 720pixels is grainy and blury. often can't read numbers on cars, let alone sponsors.

Im only going with one next year. Choose FLO and LucasoilTV this year.

For that price with Speedshift, THere will be 5X the number of sprint and midget races. Let alone all the other stuff. They cover sometimes five races a night.
