Terre Haute Action Track opens the 2024 season on Friday, April 5th! The Jim Hurtubise Classice featuring USAC Sprints and Modifieds.
Pit Gate will open at 2pm.
Pit Admission $40/10 & under $15 with proper paperwork (includes minor paperwork and proof of age)
Main Gate will open at 5pm
General Admission $31/10 & under free (proof of age may be requested)
Hot Laps 630pm
Racing 730pm

You might want to consider stopping by the Moonshine Store for a burger on the way down to Red Hill. Its goooood.

I'm more concerned if coolers are allowed more than the $1.00,#asking for @ friend.

How do you prove a kid is under 10? Ask for his ID? That's crazy.

2024 Action Track Merchandise will be available for purchase on race night!
Hoodies and tshirts will be available.
After your purchase, submit a family appropriate photo of you in your 2024 merchandise. 3 winners will picked each month May - August. Each winner will receive a general admission pass for the next month, plus will be entered in a drawing for 2025 season pit pass.
Make those pictures interesting but family friendly, and you may submit a photo for each month, but must be a different photo than previously submitted.

Are coolers allowed?…. What’s the infield admission price?

I took a picture of my son’s birth certificate to show them.

I’ve heard a lot about this place, but it’s 87 miles from Evansville and closes at 1:00pm so it won’t work for me.

Coolers should not be allowed at any track.
The infield is always cheaper.
Why keep asking the same stupid questions every year. The joke wore off a long time ago.

Well it’s not a joke. I think that’s a legitimate question. Different promotors have different rules and it’s the 4th different promotor in 4 years!! People who use the infield because it’s family friendly want to know the price. Is it that difficult for them to post the price? Some tracks allow coolers and some don’t. Letting people know would be nice. When you open your track you can ban coolers

I agree with cowboy on this. The infield crowd at Lincoln PA or Williams grove is outstanding. Kids can roam free, parents bring in a small cooler and chairs and everyone is happy.

If it is like Putnamville, which I am sure it is cooler should be allowed just no alcohol.

April 5th is rained out.

Season Opener now May 5th (Sunday)

So will coolers be allowed? Also what is the admission price for the infield?

One other important question Tim,will they be taking donations to make Fairground improvements?

A few days they posted here that the USAC race for 4/5 was cancelled dues to saturated grounds and frigid temps. I have no idea what the cooler rules will be tis year, hopefully someone here does for the rest of the year. Last year I just carried a few teas in with me because I was not sure then as well.

Will they be charging for parking and if so is that a separate fee from ticket cost. If separate, what is this cost.?

Asking for a high fluent governmental official, not a friend, and a Bloomington Hippie who is a friend!

Still USAC Sprints? Silver Crown is at Winchester that afternoon. I don't see them being able to do both?
