Living in Cincinnati I was so excited to see a race in Kentucky only to realize it's still five hours away. Lol. Oh well. Still like going to new tracks.

same here i was like cool then i seen it was down by paducah almost 6 hours 1 way for me.

from Bloomington, Illinois........307.21 mi......4:33 hr per Yahoo Maps and almost entirely all Interstate, and then only about a 5 hour trip on to the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge, TN area to add a couple days to the extended weekend (ya know, retired old folks can do that without faking illness or fibbing to the boss).

Springfield to Kokomo to Kentucky Lake back to Springfield is over 1,050 miles. Nice little jaunt.
